Do you offer services in my area?

Booking, Scheduling & Payment
How do I schedule a cleaning service?
You can book online, call us at (323) 373-5790, or email us [email protected]. We’ll give you a free quote and schedule your preferred time.
Can I book recurring services?
Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans. Recurring clients get up to 10% off.
Can I book a same-day or last-minute cleaning?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time. However, we may be able to accommodate last-minute same-day and next-day requests depending on availability, just give us a call.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a small fee.
What should I do before the cleaners arrive?
For best results, we recommend removing personal belongings, trash, or clutter. If you’re moving out, please ensure all furniture and items have been removed before our arrival.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients provide access while away. You’re welcome to stay if you prefer.
How much does cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on factors like square footage, property condition, and type of service. Contact us for a free quote.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Zelle, cash, checks and ACH transfers. Invoicing is available upon request.
Residential & Apartment Cleaning
What’s included in standard residential or apartment cleaning?
Standard cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom sanitization, trash removal, and wiping down high-touch areas.
Do you clean studios or micro-apartments?
Yes, we clean all apartment types including lofts, studios, and micro-units. Services are customized to your layout.
How long does an apartment cleaning take?
A 1-bedroom apartment takes around 1.5–2.5 hours. Time may vary based on size and condition.
Deep Cleaning & Move-In/Out
How is move-in/move-out cleaning different from deep cleaning?
Move-in/out cleanings are similar to deep cleaning but are designed for empty homes. These services typically include the inside of appliances, cabinets, closets, and drawers, as well as additional attention to walls, floors, and fixtures.
How long does a deep cleaning or move-in/out cleaning take?
Timing depends on the size and condition of the home. Most services take between 3-8 hours. We’ll give you an estimated time range when you book.
How often should I schedule a deep cleaning?
We recommend scheduling a deep cleaning every 3 to 6 months, or as needed, to maintain a healthy and clean environment.
How much does a deep cleaning service cost?
The cost of a one-time/deep cleaning service varies depending on your house size and cleaning needs. We consider:
- Square footage of your house
- Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Condition of the house
- Special add-ons you request
Commercial Cleaning
What types of commercial properties do you clean?
Offices, retail stores, warehouses, medical offices (non-sterile), restaurants, schools, and daycare centers.
Do you offer after-hours or overnight cleaning?
Yes, we offer flexible scheduling to minimize disruption to your business, including evening and overnight services.
Can we set up a recurring commercial cleaning contract?
Absolutely! We offer daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans tailored to your needs.

Yes, every business is different. We’ll work with you to design a plan that fits your schedule, budget, and cleaning priorities.
Health, Safety, and COVID-19
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes, all of our cleaners go through background checks and professional training.
Do you use eco-friendly or non-toxic products?
We offer eco-friendly and non-toxic options upon request. Please let us know your preference when booking.
What are your COVID-19 protocols?
We follow all current CDC guidelines, including mask use, tool sanitization, and employee health checks.

What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something was missed or not up to your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
Can I request the same cleaner each time?
Yes, we do our best to assign the same cleaner(s) for recurring services whenever possible.
